Job Description
This role supports project operations through the organization and maintenance of contract documents, change orders, and purchase orders. The position collaborates closely with project, operations, and accounting teams to assist with project setup, cost tracking, billing activities (including AIA), compliance documentation, and reporting. Additional responsibilities include supporting scheduling, shop drawing submittals, on-site safety requirements, and providing rotating front office coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize contract documents, change orders, and purchase orders.
- Coordinate and communicate with project, operations, and accounting teams to support project execution.
- Assist with project setup, cost tracking, billing (including AIA), and subcontractor compliance documentation.
- Support project reporting, scheduling, shop drawing submittals, and on-site safety requirements.
- Assist with Accounts Payable, general billing, and data entry into MS Excel
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in light accounting or more
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Solid experience with accounting software

The base salary range for this position is $70000 – $80000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
