Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Production Technician to support our growing operations. This role involves end-to-end project planning and execution, including equipment assembly, maintenance, repair, and modification. You'll work closely with the onsite manager and other small production team to ensure maximum equipment reliability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out maintenance and improvement projects from start to finish, including cleanup and reordering of materials.
- Inspection of incoming components or assemblies and assembly of sub-components
- Testing of sub-components – mechanical and electrical skill set required
- System level assembly and testing and documenting any non-conforming materials, isolating them from the production floor
- Accurate and timely completion of paperwork, internal records and external certifications
- Support of Flow Lab testing activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be able to solder and have advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Must have an Associates Degree in a technical field or comparable work experience
- Use of oscilloscope, network analyser, hi-pot tester for electronics testing
- Must be able to pass a drug and background screen
