Job Description
The Production Technician is responsible for assembling, calibrating, testing, and auditing Uson leak test products to ensure they meet all specifications, drawings, and quality standards. This role supports production operations by troubleshooting issues, maintaining accurate documentation, and following ISO-9001 and EHS requirements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on electro-mechanical and mechanical assembly experience and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, assemble, calibrate, test, and audit leak test products according to specifications and procedures
- Perform basic troubleshooting on the production floor and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Verify product conformance to specifications, application protocols, and audit documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for job hours, BOMs, parts usage, and production data
- Adhere to ISO-9001 standards, EHS regulations, and quality policies while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical technology, leak testing, or mechanical assembly
- Working knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical components
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to identify and escalate issues
