Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for safely operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment, including industrial blenders, while ensuring products meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned production equipment following standard procedures
- Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency
- Meet or exceed production output goals
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Read and follow work orders, formulas, and production instructions
- Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to specifications
- Transfer materials, supplies, and finished products between work areas
- Clean, sanitize, and prepare equipment before, during, and after production runs
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation
- Complete cleaning logs and coordinate with quality control for testing
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Physical Requirements
