Job Description:
Play a critical role in serving the commercial, agricultural, and defense industries when you become a Production Maintenance Technician for a custom fabricator of metal solutions in Lake Mary, FL.
Responsibilities:
- As the Production Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for performing preventative maintenance and skilled repair on complex production equipment and systems.
- Evaluate and recommend equipment improvements to improve efficiency, capability and yield.
- Perform equipment failure analysis including preventative and unscheduled maintenance
- Troubleshoot and diagnoses equipment problems
- Prepare technical reports to document equipment modification and equipment maintenance procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED
- 1-3 years in production maintenance within a manufacturing setting
- Must have a fundamental understanding of machine/household electronics, plumbing, pneumatic and hydraulics.

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
