Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Production Cook to lead high-volume food preparation in a commissary kitchen. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, recipe adherence, and confidence using commercial cooking equipment. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and committed to maintaining quality and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare large batches of food according to standardized recipes
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Weigh and measure ingredients using scales and basic math skills
• Multitask to meet production timelines
• Maintain food safety, labeling, and storage standards
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and organization
• Support production staff and promote a team-focused environment

The base pay range for this position is $29,120, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
