Job Description
We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join a fast-paced gray market processing and production facility. In this role, you will be responsible for weighing, packaging, and labeling plant-derived products according to company quality and compliance standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a production environment, and adherence to safety and sanitation procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a regulated manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities:
- Weigh, package, and label plant products according to company specifications
- Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging before shipment
- Maintain accurate production and packaging records
- Follow safety, sanitation, and compliance guidelines within the facility
- Keep work areas clean and organized while meeting daily production goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or production environments preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
