Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to lead and manage the delivery of digital solutions by aligning business needs with software development priorities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to translate strategic goals into actionable product features. You will play a key role in driving product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered efficiently.

You will play a key role in driving product vision, managing backlogs, and ensuring that high-quality solutions are delivered efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, defining and prioritizing product features
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Plan and coordinate releases and sprint cycles with cross-functional teams
- Facilitate team collaboration, remove blockers, and ensure alignment with product goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or Project Manager
- Working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like Jira, DevOps, or Rally
- Strong communication, facilitation, and prioritization skills; comfortable working with remote and cross-functional teams
- Preferred: Experience with business analysis, CI/CD processes, or insurance-related products and systems

The Pay Rate range for this position is $56 – $67 per hour, excluding benefits. Your final Pay Rate will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
