Product Equipment Technician | $ 18.00 – $20.00| Monday – Friday 10 AM – 6:30 PM

What Matters Most to the Product Equipment Technician:
- Competitive pay $18.00 -$20.00 per hour
- On-site position located in Clearwater, FL
- Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6:30 pm
Your New Role as a Product Equipment Technician:
- Assist customers from the initial call to the end solution in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner.
- Track all service calls; accurate data entry into CRM, opening & closing orders and cases.
- Inspect and tests malfunctioning equipment, follow specifications and use testing and analysis instruments.
- Disassemble malfunctioning equipment and remove, repair, or replace defective parts, such as motors, clutches, or transformers.
- Test or calibrate components or equipment, utilizing manuals and troubleshooting techniques.
- Use technical manuals; attend training sessions to maintain current knowledge.
- Follow technical processes to create efficiencies and maximize productivity.
- Research catalogs or repair part lists to locate sources for repair parts, requisitioning parts and recording their receipt.
- Plan and implement work assignments, using blueprints, schematic drawings, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, or liquid or air flow sheets, following prescribed regulations, directives, or other instructions as required.
- Diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunction or failure of the operational equipment; perform preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Plan, direct, and record periodic electrical testing, and escalate, recommend or modification to QM or replacement of equipment that fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
- Contribute expertise to develop medical maintenance standard operating procedures.
What you need as a Product Equipment Technician:
- 2 -4 years of experience in hands on product repair with troubleshooting equipment, Service Advisor, Mechanic.
- Customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Outlook and Excel.
