Job Description
As a Process Technician, you will support the equipment and production engineers in maintaining, troubleshooting, and calibrating production machinery by utilizing small tools for precision work. This role plays a vital part in ensuring production meets quality standards through efficient and reliable equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment calibration, minor repairs, and troubleshooting using fine tools (similar to tweezers)
- Modify parameters and program automated equipment
- Support engineers in experiments and assist in device rework or soldering tasks
- Report technical issues to engineering and production leadership
Qualifications and Requirements
- Vocational Course experience or associate degree is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an assembly process with equipment
- Preferred: 3 years of equipment technician experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with soldering, microscopes, electro-mechanical tools, and measurement devices
- Basic computer knowledge, data entry, good verbal communication skills, and manual dexterity
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and a reliable team player
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening

The base salary range for this position is $18 – 24.66/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
