Job Description:
A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a Process Engineer to support operations and engineering teams in developing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes across multiple facilities. This role focuses on driving efficiency, ensuring process stability, and supporting new production initiatives through structured methodologies such as APQP.
The Process Engineer will work on a variety of projects including process design, safety evaluation, production line development, process qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives. This position requires both independent execution and cross-functional collaboration, with a strong emphasis on practical problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, including APQP documentation such as PFMEA, control plans, and standard work
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, safety, and product quality using lean methodologies
• Support new equipment selection, installation, and production line development to ensure scalable and reliable operations
• Analyze production data, troubleshoot issues, and drive root cause resolution to improve performance and reduce variability

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering field OR equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong ability to analyze data, solve problems, and manage multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working in manufacturing environments with a focus on process improvement and optimization
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and ability to communicate effectively across technical and operational teams
