Job Description:   
Join a high-impact engineering team designing and scaling a cloud-first integration ecosystem that supports critical business operations and customer experiences. As a Senior Software Engineer (Integrations), you will architect and deliver secure, high-performance APIs and distributed services, driving solutions from design through deployment while partnering with product and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, resilient, and strategically aligned integrations.
Responsibilities:    
- Lead architectural design and long-term technical strategy for a cloud-first, API-driven integration platform.
- Own complex feature development end-to-end, from planning and system design through deployment and observability.
- Design and optimize scalable APIs, asynchronous workflows, and distributed systems that support numerous third-party integrations.
- Drive performance, reliability, and scalability improvements across backend services and integration layers.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and system design.
Qualifications and Requirements:    
- 6+ years of experience building and scaling modern web applications and distributed systems, including technical leadership on complex initiatives.
- Strong backend expertise with frameworks such as Django, Rails, or similar, with the ability to contribute across the stack (React or equivalent).
- Deep understanding of APIs, data modeling, asynchronous processing, and service-oriented architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable), infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience integrating enterprise-grade or third-party systems.

The base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
