Job Description
As a Press Brake Operator, you will set up and operate machinery according to print specifications to support production goals. This role involves inspecting finished products, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring all operations meet ISO and safety requirements. You will also assist with machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

· Set up and operate press brake/saw equipment per blueprints and production orders
· Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and angle gauges
· Maintain production standards while ensuring compliance with safety and ISO requirements
· Complete required documentation and perform basic machine maintenance
· Assist with training new employees and support production needs across workstations

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Ability to read blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions
· Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
· Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure

The pay for this position is $45,760, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
