Job Description
We’re looking for a versatile Prep Cook Assistant / Floater to support high-volume kitchen operations. This role assists the Production Cook during heavy prep days and transitions to the sandwich assembly line during lighter production periods. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and thrives in a team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Production Cook with ingredient prep and large-batch cooking
• Support sandwich assembly and food line production as needed
• Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Take direction from kitchen leadership and adapt to daily production needs
• Work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines

The base pay range for this position is $27,040, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
