Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse and Inventory Associate to join our client's growing team. In this role, you’ll support shipping and receiving operations, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure lab supply replenishment. You’ll play a key role in helping the department meet performance goals while following safety and quality standards. This is a hands-on role that requires initiative, organization, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Receive materials and verify correctness of shipments against documentation
- Record all incoming shipment records using SAP, MES, and department share folder
- Resolve shipping issues independently or contact shippers as needed
- Manage lab coat scanning, replacement, and barcode tracking
- Replenish daily lab supplies and maintain stock levels
- Support team members and supervisors to achieve department goals
- Report incidents promptly to supervisor/manager
- Perform other duties as assigned to support department success
Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred
- Experience in warehousing, inventory, shipping, or receiving preferred
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SAP and MES systems is a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle physical workload
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; Mandarin Chinese is a plus
- OSHA-approved forklift certification is a plus
