- Competitive Pay: $90,000 – $150,000 per year
- Schedule: Full-time, Direct Hire
- Hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days onsite) in Omaha, NE or Overland Park, KS; additional locations considered
- Opportunity to lead enterprise Power Platform strategy tied to a high-visibility ERP transformation
- Design and architect end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead integration efforts between Dynamics ERP and other enterprise systems.
- Establish governance standards, security protocols, and best practices for Power Platform usage.
- Provide hands-on development and troubleshooting for complex applications and workflows.
- Evaluate new platform capabilities and recommend adoption strategies aligned to business needs.
- Document architecture, technical designs, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate across IT, business analysts, and project teams to ensure successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics, M365 ecosystem, and Azure integrations.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, system design, and enterprise application deployment.
- Experience establishing governance frameworks and best practices for Power Platform environments.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and deliver results with minimal ramp-up time.
- Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect certification; experience with data modeling, APIs, and enterprise security frameworks is a plus.
