A rapidly growing logistics company is adding a Payroll Coordinator to support its expanding workforce. This is a high-impact, hands-on role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing full-cycle payroll processing for a large, multi-differential workforce
- Reviewing, reconciling, and analyzing large data sets using advanced Excel functions
- Maintaining payroll records, including hires, terminations, and system updates
- Preparing payroll reports for leadership review
- Ensuring accurate cost allocation for wages, benefits, and insurance
- Maintaining compliance with federal and state payroll regulations
- Responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees
- Supporting additional accounting or payroll initiatives as needed
What they’re looking for
- 1-2 years of payroll experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, or related field preferred
- Experience with ADP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and solid data entry skills
