What You’ll Do:
- Own the end-to-end weekly payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely pay for a diverse employee population
- Manage complex payroll details including timekeeping, benefit eligibility, union rules, and compliance requirements
- Serve as a trusted payroll expert by supporting employees and leaders with questions, training, and issue resolution
- Partner closely with accounting and leadership to handle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and required filings
- Play a key role in maintaining payroll accuracy, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Union payroll experience
- 2+ years timekeeping & payroll tax experience
- High attention to detail
- CPP certification, preferred
