Job Description
Join a well-established manufacturer of air conditioning units as a Production Painter II (Wash Line). In this role, you will support production by maintaining PH meters, cleaning, rinsing and preparing parts for painting.
Responsibilities
- Clean, rinse and prepare parts for painting per work instructions
- Maintain and calibrate PH Meters
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Follow all safety, quality, and attendance expectations
Qualifications and Requirements
- Solid math skills are required
- Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
- Ability to work quickly while following instructions
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Prior industrial or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be able to complete pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $18/hr. plus $1.25/hr. shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
