Job Description
We’re hiring dependable Production Workers to assist with food preparation and packaging in a fast-paced commissary environment. This role requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods. Food production experience is preferred, but candidates with strong work ethic and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event load-in, set-up, service, breakdown, and load-out
- Set up tables, chairs, bars, buffets, and catering equipment as directed
- Arrange table settings according to event specifications
- Ensure tables are properly set with correct number of place settings
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner using proper etiquette
- Set up, replenish, and remove food stations as needed
- Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of guest areas throughout the event
- Interact professionally with guests and accommodate client and manager requests
- Follow all instructions and assigned tasks from the Event Manager
- Maintain catering service standards and event flow
- Adhere to Jane Foods safety policies, food safety, and sanitation procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous catering, banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and overnight shift
- Strong customer service and communication skill
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, carrying equipment, etc.)
- Willingness to learn catering etiquette and service standards

The base pay range for this position is $24,960, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
