Job Description
Parking Lot Attendants play a key role in providing a safe, orderly, and welcoming parking experience for guests and visitors. In this role, you will assist customers with parking guidance, maintain cleanliness and safety across the parking area, and support smooth traffic flow during peak times.
Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit the parking lot
• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces and manage traffic flow
• Monitor the parking area for safety hazards and report issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of parking areas, signage, and equipment
• Provide general customer service support and answer visitor questions

Qualifications and Requirements
• Previous customer service or parking attendant experience preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work holidays (including Thanksgiving Day)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

The base pay range for this position is $16.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
