Order Specialist | $20/hour |MON-FRI 8:00am to 4:30pm | Temp to Hire |South Omaha, NE| Onsite

Job Duties:
- Accurately process purchase orders and sales orders within required timelines
- Review and monitor inventory levels to support purchasing and production
requirements - Identify and resolve order or invoice discrepancies, ensuring accurate
documentation and communication - Manage and maintain accurate order records, including changes, returns, and
adjustments - Handle customer calls related to order inquiries, shipment updates, or payment
processing in accordance with company policies
Requirements:
- Written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in order processing, purchasing, or supply chain
coordination; manufacturing experience preferred
