Job Description
Play a critical role in a fast-paced distribution center when you join our client as an Order Packer / Distribution Center Representative in Randleman, NC. In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by packing, assembling, labeling, and processing consumer products to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. This position offers steady scheduling, competitive pay, and valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
• Pack, assemble, process, and label consumer product orders
• Repack materials as needed to meet quality and order requirements
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency while meeting daily production goals
• Follow established warehouse safety and quality procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications and Requirements
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in order selection, distribution, or warehouse operations
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Demonstrated track record of reliability and good attendance
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
