Job Description
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in efficiently processing and filling orders that may not have been shipped. In this position, you will monitor back orders, handle expedited orders or special-order requests, and communicate with Customer Service/Account Management teams on statuses. This temp-to-hire opportunity, supported by consistent attendance and a strong work ethic, offers the potential for a long and rewarding career with numerous opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor back orders via Open Order Report, fulfilled not shipped report, and a billed not shipped report.
- Handle expedited and special-order requests.
- Ability to meet Performance Expectations defined via monthly scorecards
- Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
- Ability to prioritize and shift prioritization as needed.
- Team-orientated
- Ability to Multitask
- High School Diploma or equivalent
