Job Description
The OMD Operator I/II/III is responsible for performing production tasks to support the manufacturing of high-quality products in a cleanroom environment. This role follows standard operating procedures and emphasizes safety, efficiency, and quality. Operators will handle equipment, complete work orders, and support continuous production flow. Attention to detail and adherence to strict guidelines are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and complete work orders sequentially while verifying instructions
- Operate automatic or manual manufacturing equipment
- Monitor processes and report abnormalities to supervisors
- Maintain defective parts for failure analysis and perform material returns
- Cross-train across multiple production operations as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer data entry skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to follow technical instructions in English
- Good manual dexterity and ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict guidelines
