Job Description
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations and assist in maintaining accurate records for clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic computer applications.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Print, organize, and distribute evidence and necessary documentation.
- Create and maintain client folders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Follow up with clients on missing information, including HUD statements, pictures, AOA documents, contracts, etc.
- File documents into appropriate account folders and maintain organized filing cabinets.
- Scan and digitize documents for record-keeping and easy access.
- Generate invoices and assist with basic billing processes.
- Perform data entry tasks, manage simple spreadsheets, and utilize email clients for communication.
- Assist with other administrative projects as needed to support the office team.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in an office administration or clerical role preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this position is $18-19/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
