Injection Mold Machine Set-Up Process Technician 2nd shift
What Matters Most
- Schedule: 3:15pm – 11:45pm Monday – Friday
- Payrate: $19/hr. plus $2/hr. shift differential
- Location: Painesville
As a Mold Machine Set-up Process Technician, you will set-up and start injection mold machines. Inspect and perform preventative maintenance on tooling and fixtures.
Responsibilities:
- Set-up and tear down molds on secondary equipment
- Make necessary adjustments on primary tooling, machines and fixtures
- Start-up of production jobs
- Perform set-up parameter adjustments
- Perform first piece inspection
- Complete the machine and mold repair tags as required
- Inspect and clean molds after production run
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Injection Molding Process experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of preparing routine reports and written correspondence
- High school diploma
- Associates degree, tech school certification or vocation training preferred
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $19/hr. plus $2/hr. shift differential, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
