What Matters Most
- Competitive pay of $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience) – 1st shift opportunities
- Additional $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift opportunities
- 1st Shift: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday–Thursday (with required overtime as needed)
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm – 2:30 am, Monday–Thursday (with required overtime as needed)

Job Description
Join our client’s team as a Welder Fabricator / MIG / TIG / Structural, contributing your expertise to support production goals. Responsibilities
- Perform structural welding and fabrication to support production and assembly needs
- Execute welds using MIG wire feed processes on steel materials
- Contribute to team production goals while ensuring quality and accuracy
- Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and operational requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process on 3/8” materials
- Experience welding steel using MIG wire feed processes
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Safety-conscious mindset and strict adherence to company procedures
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
