Job Description
As a Metal Finisher, you’ll play a key role in preparing and refining precision metal components used in critical applications. This position involves hands-on work with a variety of finishing techniques in a clean, safety-driven manufacturing setting.
 Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect castings according to work instructions.
- Perform grit blasting, deburring, black light rework, degreasing, and water washing of parts.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience in metal finishing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

The base salary for this position is $19/hr.+ while training on 1st shift then $2/hr. shift premium, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
