Job Description
One of the premier Cardiology clinics is seeking a Medical Call Center Representative take inbound calls and schedule appointment. Submit your resume and see what opportunities are available for you!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and/or reschedules patient appointments
- Receive inbound calls and direct caller to the appropriate department
- Inform and provide patient with necessary information and instructions prior to their appointment
- Scan and file into patient docs on eClinicalWorks.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 1 year or more of call center experience within a clinic/physician office setting
- Experience with appointment scheduling experience within eClinicalWorks is a strong plus.
- Must have completed High School Diploma or GED.
