Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Material Handler to support production and inventory operations for a global manufacturer of industrial control and safety equipment. This role involves picking parts, supporting shipping, and assisting in assembly while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. This position requires strong time management skills and a commitment to workplace safety and quality procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Pick production parts from inventory and deliver to work cells, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling
- Support shipping operations including packing, palletizing, and shrink wrapping
- Assist with inventory control, cycle counts, and expediting customer orders
- Cross-train in multiple functions to support team coverage and workflow
- Follow assembly instructions and adhere to quality and OSHA safety standards
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing, inventory, or material handling experience
- Experience with stocking, inventory, and part picking processes
- Ability to operate power equipment such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts
- Working knowledge of OSHA guidelines and workplace safety practices

The base pay range for this position is $41,600–$49,920 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
