Job Description:
Join a growing team and play a key role in supporting production and shipping operations. In this position, you’ll be responsible for moving materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring product flows efficiently throughout the facility. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are critical.
Responsibilities:
• Operate a forklift to move materials to and from production and shipping areas
• Pull, stage, and transport raw materials and finished goods
• Verify inventory counts and maintain accuracy in all transactions
• Use scanners and ERP systems to track and manage inventory
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Manually move materials using pallet jacks or by hand when needed

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience
• At least 2 years of shipping & receiving experience
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data entry
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Safety-focused mindset with the ability to follow procedures and guidelines
• Positive attitude with a willingness to contribute to process improvements
• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience

The base salary for this position is up to $20/hr. or more based on experience, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
