Job Description
You’ll be responsible for moving raw goods material to and from storage or production lines. Operating a sit-down forklift to gather parts from different locations Delivery of drums to appropriate machine operator areas, Packing and repacking damaged containers, and recording of shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes. Responsibilities:
- Move raw goods material to and from storage or production lines
- Operates a forklift to gather parts from different locations
- Delivery of drums to appropriate machine operator areas
- Pack and repack damaged containers
- Record of shipment data for reporting, accounting, and record-keeping purposes
- Responsible for maintaining a safe environment and upkeep quality of operations with a proficient understanding of loading, unloading, moving of raw materials, and finishing process
- Ability to use an RF scanner to pick material
- Performing of basic inventory and labeling of incoming material
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience operating a sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, and reach truck.
- Ability to perform elementary addition and subtraction for production and scrap reporting as necessary.
- Ability to read and understand basic English and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to effectively understand safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and other job requirements generally written or expressed in English.
- Previous experience working as a material handler or distribution facility

The base salary range for this position is $19-$21 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
