Job Description
We are seeking a dependable Materials Cage Associate to support all phases of the Parts Cage area in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment. In this role, you will stock materials, pre-kit parts for SMT assemblies, perform inventory counts, and support production teams with critical components and supplies. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with counting equipment and component preparation machines. Enjoy early Fridays, monthly attendance bonuses, and a team-focused workplace.
Responsibilities:
· Stock incoming materials in proper locations and maintain organized inventory
· Perform cycle counts, reconcile parts, and support inventory accuracy
· Pre-kit parts for SMT assemblies and operate reel counters or x-ray counting equipment
· Tape, reel, and bake components per quality instructions
· Assist team members with parts and supplies while supporting quality processes

Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED required
· At least 2 years of material handling or inventory experience preferred
· Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move materials throughout the shift
· Strong attention to detail, dependability, and teamwork skills
· Experience with counting scales, reel counters, or component prep equipment is a plus
