We are seeking an experienced Tow Motor Operator to support our metal stamping plant operations. This role involves efficiently moving containers, dies, and materials to and from work centers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the metal stamping industry and expertise in tow motor operations.

Responsibilities:
• Safely operate tow motors to transport containers to and from work centers.
• Move and store dies, ensuring proper handling and placement.
• Dump scrap and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support various tow motor activities to meet production schedules.
• Conduct routine equipment checks to ensure safe operation.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is $37,440 – $45,760 annually (based on $18.00/hour minimum, negotiable), not including benefits, potential bonuses, or additional compensation. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
