Our growing fabric manufacturing client in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician to support their production operations. In this role, you will maintain and repair extrusion and rewind equipment while ensuring machinery operates efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience with manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Maintain and repair extrusion and rewind machinery
Operate power tools including drills, saws, grinders, mills, and lathes
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical components including heat controls and motor drives

Qualifications and Requirements
2–3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
Experience with MIG welding
Knowledge of AC/DC motor drives
Strong mechanical skills and tool handling experience

The base salary range for this position is $47,840–$52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
