Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform routine and preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure production and utility equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role supports reliable operations and uptime across plant systems.
Responsibilities
- Perform planned, preventive, and unplanned maintenance on production and utility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and process systems
- Diagnose equipment issues using precision measuring and testing tools
- Follow diagrams, manuals, engineering specifications, and safety protocols
- Dismantle, inspect, and replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Document maintenance activities and update work order systems
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks
- Perform other maintenance-related duties as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude with electrical and diagnostic skills
- Experience with maintenance tools, measuring equipment, and safety practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment preferred
- Vocational training or technical education is a plus
- Experience with basic PLC systems, pumps, hydraulics, and facility utilities preferred

The base pay range for this position is $28-33/hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
