Responsibilities:
- Work on interior and exterior property appearance
- Diagnoses and perform major, minor and routine maintenance in a timely manner
- General clean up
- Work with vendors to get projects completed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Able to work 8-hour shifts
- 3 years of maintenance experience
- Ability to work at a fast pace
