Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support plant equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical and mechanical systems, including slitters and related equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently while meeting OSHA and food safety requirements. This position plays a critical role in minimizing downtime and supporting overall production performance.
Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain detailed repair records
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical equipment issues
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to complete repairs and replacements
• Set up, troubleshoot, and program AC/DC drives and related systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree or post-secondary training in Industrial Electrical Maintenance or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance in a production environment
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills with industrial equipment and electrical components
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar systems
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills
