Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to join a leading facility focused on maintaining a clean and safe environment. This role will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the property, including landscaping, trash removal, and general cleanliness of the grounds. Ideal candidates will be reliable, safety-conscious, and take pride in their work. This is a hands-on position that plays a vital role in the facility’s day-to-day operations and overall appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain roadways and walkways clear of debris
- Perform daily cleaning and trash removal across the property
- Operate landscaping tools including lawnmowers and weed eaters
- Crosstrain in other facility support duties as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Willing and able to consistently follow a full-time schedule, including overtime if required
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Stable work history, ideally in industrial or facilities maintenance
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit
