Job Description
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components within an industrial manufacturing environment. You will support machinery including conveyors, robots, programmable controllers, motors, and lighting systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This role involves diagnosing electrical and electronic malfunctions, performing preventative maintenance, and collaborating with maintenance teams to resolve production issues. You will also assist with layout planning, conduit installation, and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Install and repair electrical wiring, conduit, and components for industrial machinery and equipment
• Diagnose and replace faulty electrical and electronic components including relays, motors, switches, and programmable controllers
• Inspect wiring systems to ensure compliance with specifications and local electrical codes
• Troubleshoot transformers, motors, lighting fixtures, and automated systems to restore functionality
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Valid Master Electrician License required
• Technical school degree or 4–10 years of related industrial electrical experience
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, programmable controllers, and automated machinery
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, diagrams, and apply mathematical and problem-solving skills

The pay range for this position is $64,480–$70,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
