Job Description
Welcome to a crucial role in our esteemed printing company located in Bedford Park, IL. We are currently seeking a dedicated Mail Sorter to join our team, contributing to our continued success. As a Mail Sorter, you will play an essential role in the organization and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing mail accurately and efficiently.
- Operate mail processing equipment, such as sorting machines and postage meters.
- Ensure that mail is properly labeled, packaged, and prepared for distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and handle time-sensitive mail.
- Maintain accurate records of processed mail and assist in addressing any discrepancies.
- All other duties as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Mail Sorter or in a related role.
- Familiarity with mail processing equipment and procedures.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle large volumes of mail efficiently.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
