Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support the production of small to medium components. This role is responsible for organizing work to ensure timely completion of parts while maintaining equipment in safe working condition. The Machine Operator will follow HSE and Quality procedures while supporting NAM Operations. This is a four-month temporary assignment with no opportunity for full-time conversion.
Responsibilities
• Operate machinery efficiently and safely to meet production requirements
• Organize and prioritize work to ensure timely completion of components
• Maintain equipment and work areas in accordance with 5S standards
• Complete required certifications and training per HSEQ and management
• Comply with all NOV company, HSEQ, and safety policies

Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of machine operating experience
• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail
• Ability to read digital or dial calipers
• Organized, self-motivated, and immediately available to start
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Teams, HUB)
• All interviews conducted in person
