Job Description
A well-established manufacturing company is seeking Production Associates to join their fabrication department. In this role, you will operate machines, handle materials, and perform quality checks to ensure accurate production. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for machine operation, product stacking, and maintaining efficiency throughout the production process. Responsibilities
- Operate machines to produce quality parts
- Load materials into machines for processing
- Stack and organize finished products
- Inspect products for accuracy and quality compliance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous production or manufacturing experience required
- Ability to climb stairs while carrying loads
- Capable of working at a fast pace and meeting production goals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
