Job Description
Join a leading manufacturer producing high-performance components for automotive, heavy equipment, and industrial applications. As a Machine Operator, you will operate and monitor machinery, inspect parts for quality, and support production goals. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong work ethic and attention to detail who are looking for long-term opportunities in a team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor machinery used in daily production
- Interpret work orders, blueprints, and schematics to meet specifications
- Perform quality checks and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Work collaboratively to meet production deadlines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior machine operator or manufacturing experience
- Ability to life up to 60 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in varying conditions including noise and heat
