Job Description

This position supports attorneys specializing in labor and employment law, ensuring all legal and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and proofread reports, memoranda, and legal documents
- Maintain and organize electronic legal files according to policy
- File legal documents electronically or via runner under attorney supervision
- Schedule meetings, depositions, and appointments
- Assist with billing, timekeeping, and general case management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–7 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in labor and employment law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal document systems (e.g., Nextpoint, Servient, NetDocuments)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines

The base pay range for this position is $24.00-$26.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final compensation depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
