Job Description
We are seeking a professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist for a 30-day contract assignment. This role will serve as the first point of contact for callers and visitors while providing essential front-desk and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Transfer calls to appropriate departments or personnel
- Greet visitors and direct them as needed
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain meeting room calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior receptionist or front desk experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance for the full 30-day assignment

The base pay range for this position is $28.00 – $30.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
