Job Description
Our client is seeking dependable and hardworking Landscapers to support residential and commercial landscaping projects throughout the Montgomery and Greater Houston area. This role includes a variety of outdoor tasks such as lawn maintenance, installations, and irrigation support. Employees will work closely with a team while gaining hands-on experience and skill development. This position offers a strong growth path into leadership roles for individuals who demonstrate reliability and initiative.
Responsibilities:
• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Install mulch, plants, sod, gravel, and other landscaping materials
• Assist with irrigation installation and repairs (sprinklers, drainage systems)
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Load/unload tools, materials, and maintain clean, organized job sites

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat, humidity, and rain
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Valid driver’s license is a plus but not required

The base pay range for this position is $15–$17 per hour ($31,200–$37,440 annually), excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
