Job Description
Our customer is looking for a reliable and hardworking Janitor to help maintain cleanliness and order in our Cleveland manufacturing facility. In this essential role, you’ll support plant operations by keeping all areas clean, safe, and organized. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high standards of sanitation and appearance are met. If you take pride in your work and enjoy being active, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and shop floor areas
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the facility
- Empty trash bins and handle recyclable materials
- Restock supplies in bathrooms and common areas
- Assist with basic building maintenance and report any facility issues
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
