Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ISD Solutions Manager to lead and oversee complex enterprise information systems within a large hospital environment. This role is responsible for supervising departmental operations, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality IT services aligned with hospital values and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for ISD solutions teams supporting complex hospital systems
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse technology environments
- Apply change management and project management best practices to ensure stable, effective system delivery
- Oversee operating budgets and participate in financial planning and forecasting
- Partner with vendors, manage contracts, and support negotiation processes
- Serve as a key liaison between IT, hospital leadership, and operational stakeholders
- Ensure systems and services meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards
- Participate in on-call rotation to support 24/7 hospital operations
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing large, complex enterprise information systems
- Demonstrated success leading teams through multiple system implementations and major initiatives
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Enterprise systems and architecture
- Change management and project management methodologies
- Legacy and modern computing environments (mainframe, mini, and microcomputer systems)
- Experience managing budgets and understanding operating financials
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and grow technical and leadership talent
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with comfort engaging executive leadership

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.
